Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Arbitrader account or using arbitrader.us, app.arbitrader.us, or any related service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Arbitrader Is — And Is Not

Arbitrader is a software tool for designing, backtesting, and deploying trading strategies across third-party brokers. Arbitrader is not a broker, financial advisor, investment manager, or registered investment advisor. Backtest results, equity curves, signals, and strategy metrics are informational and do not constitute financial advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of future returns.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Arbitrader complies with all applicable laws, including securities and tax law.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Pro) renew monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the in-app subscription portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. All prices are in USD.

5. Broker Connections

You may connect third-party broker accounts (OANDA, Hyperliquid, NinjaTrader, Alpaca, Coinbase, and others) to Arbitrader. You are solely responsible for the orders placed in those accounts, including any orders placed by automated strategies running through Arbitrader. We are not liable for broker outages, slippage, partial fills, API rate limits, or any losses caused by these or related events.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract source code; (b) abuse rate limits or APIs; (c) use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by your broker's terms or applicable law; (d) resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that backtest results will match live trading. Trading is risky. You can lose more than your initial deposit on margin or leveraged products.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitrader's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from the in-app settings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
